My name is Rosanna Palmato. (In Art Fit-Ros) I first became a certified fitness instructor in Italy back in 2010, and later expanded my qualifications in Australia with a Certificate III in Fitness. Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of women, guiding them to move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies. When I discovered I had lipedema, I decided to merge my professional background with my personal journey.
